Congratulations Sophomores–time at Snow College is almost complete. This is such an intense time with finals, final projects, and final presentations, but the end is in sight.

Students need to remember that graduation acquires certain steps that need to be taken care of soon. Some things that need to be done are:

-Order Cap and Gown

-Obtain a transcript that will go to respective universities after final grades are posted

-Invite friends and family to attend graduation ceremony

The graduation ceremony will take place on April 30 in the Activity Center at 10 am.  The schedule is as follows:

8:00 – 9:00 a.m. Breakfast and Line Up.  Students can gather in the Student Center to eat a free breakfast, pick up name cards and honor ribbons, find friends, take pictures, and then get lined up for the graduation walk.

9:30 a.m. Processional march begins from the Student Center

10:00 a.m. Commencement begins in the Activity Center

12:00 p.m. Refreshments served for everyone on the lawn north of the Eccles Center.

It is crucial for graduates to remember their name card; otherwise name announcement may be incorrect.

Many students are concerned about the seating of family members and friends. The Activity Center will open for seating at 8:30 A.M.. Snow has asked that everyone be seated by 9:45 so the processional march can proceed without interruption.

Congratulations to those graduating, and good luck in the future.
