iPads are now accessible for students. Located at the front desk of the library are five iPads for students to check out. Students are allowed to keep the iPad for up to three days without getting a late fee.
When the iPad is checked out, it has been cleared of all other students’ apps and downloads. It comes in a very durable case, but if it gets damaged, the person responsible has to pay for it.
The iPads have the latest software updates. The iPads are there for students’ use, so the staff at the library encourages students to take advantage of it.
The library staff would also like to hear feedback on good apps pertaining to class use. They ask that when the iPad is returned; return it to the front desk of the library instead of dropping it in a book drop.
