Let Them Improvise, or LTI is Snow College’s very own comedic improv team.
Sponsored by theater department head Andrew No gasky, and driven by student captains, they put on several improv shows monthly.
Sporting about a dozen members, they have been increasing ticket sales with each successive live event.
Shows generally fill up the black box theater in the Eccles
center, seating about 50 guests in a somewhat intimate setting.
Emma Helsten, a student here at Snow said, “If you haven’t seen an LTI show, you definitely should. My boyfriend took me to one. We sat in the front row, it was great.”
Be careful if you sit on the front row however, you just might get heckled by one of the LTI cast members, or maybe even splashed with shaving cream during the final losers’- round game.
If you are interested in joining LTI, know that it is not required that you are a theater major, but it is decided by audition.
College credit is given to participating students, with rehearsals generally being held from 10-11pm several times a week.
Parker Wilhelm, a member of LTI said, “I was a jock in high school, I never knew I loved improv. Now I am one of the captains and I get to make people laugh all the time. It’s a great group to work with.”
