There have been many changes this year with the Snow College Volleyball team, including the addition of a new head coach, Cinthia Angus.
Briana Hopkins, a captain on the team, commented on the changes, saying, “Having a new coach is always a big adjustment to make because you need to know how to follow their rules and make the correct adjustments. She has helped us be more mindful of not only ourselves, but each other.”
Shianne Pace, commented on the togetherness of the team by saying, “On and off the court we are really close, we literally do everything together and that’s what makes us a strong team.”
The team has been on the road for the entire season up to this point, which brings a struggle of its own, but they have been battling through the trials and are starting to find more success.
Snow begins conference play at home against Salt Lake City Community College on Oct. 1 at 7pm. On Oct. 3, the Badgers will play the College of Southern Idaho, who is currently ranked no. 1 in the nation.
