Many people have experienced the pain of stepping on a plastic Lego brick.
The LEGO Group has recently acknowledged the pain that Lego bricks have caused over the years and have decided to create a slipper made with a large amount of padding to protect feet when stepping on Legos. These slippers are also interchangeable between left and right feet.
With the protection of these new slippers, parents do not have to fear the possibility of stepping on any small Lego bricks when walking into a child’s room.
The availability of the Lego slippers is limited, as only 1,500 pairs will be produced. The only way that a pair of Lego slippers can be obtained is by winning them after filling out a Christmas wish list on the French Lego website.
People who have received Lego slippers have been sharing pictures on social media, using the hashtag #noellego2015. Because the only way of owning a pair of Lego slippers is to win them, the chances of obtaining a pair are very low.
Many people have shown interest in the Lego slippers, which can be proven by the fact that the Brand Station video demonstrating the making of the slippers has been viewed over 260,000 times.
