November is a not even a month away and that means time to hide and put away those razors. “No Shave November” is a tradition that many have heard about. When November 1 hits, the razors are gone and the hair starts growing.
“No Shave November” is not just done here at Snow College. Everyone seems to be doing it and the question is why?
Some do it, not just for fun, but also for a good cause. There is a website www.no-shavenovember.com that does this fun, unique activity to raise cancer awareness and provide funds. Their goal is to “grow awareness by embracing our hair, which many cancer patients lose, and letting it grow wild and free.”
Don’t be ashamed of letting go and growing your hair. It’s only for a month and there is a good chance that you’re not the only one doing it. Besides, it’s one less thing you will have to worry about. Have fun Snow College this November, and enjoy the month of warm furry faces and thick bushy legs.
