Its not every day that the Snowdrift has the opportunity to publish a letter from a Snow College teacher to all of the students on campus. This time, though, Professor Roy Keao o Kala has given us the chance. So listen up Snow College.
“Aloha mai Hawaii la (Greeting from Hawaii)
We live the aloha spirit – the extended family. Our doors are always open with a wealth of food, music, and story inside for all – a place of comfort, a place to stay.
Komo mai (come in). We are the gathering place of the pacific – the piko (center)
WE ARE HAWAII
I invite you to enter, to become, to experience the aloha spirit – our Lokahi – our oneness. Be rejuvenated- inspired by our song for an hour or so.
Join me Thursday evenings at 6:30 in the Huntsman Library room 101b.
