Our Snow College women's basketball team took on the College of Southern Idaho for the teams sophomore night on February 17th. 2024. The Badgers took a disappointing loss to the Golden Eagles. This game has now made it a five consecutive losing streak for our Badgers. Snow College headed into the game against CSI with a previous loss to North Idaho College (71-68). The final home game against CSI consisted of trailing for most of the first half while occasionally tying up the score. Once the second half started there was a lot of back and forth game play. Neither team was containing a distant lead. As the fourth quarter approached CSI maintained a lead of 18 points making it 55-39. The fourth quarter the badgers built momentum but not enough to trim the large lead. Making the final score a 76-62 loss to the Golden Eagles. Maliyah Elliot led the badgers with a total of 14 points and four rebounds throughout the game. Brooke Pennington was close behind with 13 points and five assists. Snow is now on the road headed for their final game against Salt Lake Community College.
