“It’s gonna be a special season,” says sophomore returning starter Isaac Garrett, regarding how he feels about the 2024-2025 Snow College Men's Basketball season.
Snow College finished the 2023-2024 season unranked with a record of 21-7. They have better hopes this year with their main goal being the NJCAA (National Junior College Athletic Association) national championship.
The Badgers started ranked No. 23 in the NJCAA division one. Since the first original rankings, the team has been on fire, starting 6-0 and winning each game by an average score of 25 points. This has pushed the Badgers to be ranked No. 7 in the nation.
Assistant Coach Aiden Bore talks about the future season for the Badgers saying, “There is so much talent on this team and everyone works harder and harder every day. . . every practice is a battle making everyone better.”
Each member of the Badgers team wants to win and they want to help everyone become the best player they can be every day. All players have the same goal in mind which is to bring the national championship back to where it belongs in Ephraim, Utah.
With returning starters Mark Brown Jr., Isaac Finlinson, and Isaac Garrett. The Snow Badgers basketball team has the pieces to make a deep run at the national championship and make an impact in Region 18 and in the NJCAA.
The Snow Badgers team would love your support as they play at home against Central Wyoming College on Saturday November 30, 2024 at 2:00 PM. The badgers hope to extend their win streak and pick up confidence going into region 18 play.
