Becky Adams is the Director of the Center for Global Engagement and manages all incoming international students. She is also in charge of the college’s goals in terms of recruiting, developing strategies for recruiting in other countries, and checking policy consistency.

After graduating from Snow, Becky started working in 2008 as an office manager. In 2012, she became the International Students Advisor, and has been the Director of the Center for Global Engagement since August of 2018.


Becky said that something unique about Snow is the international representation that we have. She also said that international students represent 58 countries which is amazing for such a small college.

For an international students, Becky’s presence is really important.


One student shared that “In the beginning, it was really easy to approach her. I directly knew in what direction I was going. Everybody in the office was present to answer my questions. I didn’t feel like I was international or in a different country than home.
