On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, the International Student Association (ISA) brought global culture to the heart of Snow College with an engaging and colorful cultural showcase.
The event invited international students to create presentations about their home countries, highlighting their favorite traditions, landscapes, foods, and experiences. The result was a lively celebration of diversity and community.
Students representing Chile, Austria, Ecuador, Native American communities, Ghana, Germany, Argentina, France, and several other cultures shared unique insights into their heritage.
Tables and displays were filled with vibrant visuals, traditional items, and national symbols, giving attendees the chance to explore the world without leaving campus.
The atmosphere was warm and energetic as students moved from presentation to presentation, asking questions and learning about cultures they may never have encountered before. Many presenters shared personal stories, describing what makes their country special and what they love most about it.
Snow College student, Sean Lloyd, praised the event for its social aspect. “I really enjoyed the enthusiastic students talking about their countries!”
The ISA hopes the showcase will continue to grow each year, helping students build cross-cultural friendships and fostering appreciation for global perspectives.
Events like this highlight Snow College’s commitment to inclusivity and community—reminding students that the campus is enriched by the diverse voices and backgrounds that make it feel like home.
The International Student Association invites all students to join future activities and continue celebrating the cultures that shape Snow College’s vibrant campus life. Students can follow their activities on their instagram: globalbadgers
